Thank you to all of our vendors! Do to the outpouring of support, we are currently no longer accepting vendor inquiries for the 2025 Cody, WY NAATSHO Conference. Please check back later this fall for details on the 2026 NAATSHO Conference hosted by the Tennessee Department of Transportation.

Conference
You can find the Holiday Inn Cody-at Buffalo Bill Village in downtown Cody, Wyoming. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance of the hotel. Our hotel features an outdoor pool, fitness center, and views of the Rocky Mountains that line the East Gate of Yellowstone National Park. The East Gate of the Park is a beautiful 52 mile drive away along the North Fork Highway. Old Faithful is 91 miles from the hotel. The venue features QT’s Restaurant, which is full service restaurant and bar attached to the hotel. The hotel is located at 1701 Sheridan Ave, Cody, WY 82414
Our conference will be held at the Buffalo Bill Center of the West located at 720 Sheridan Avenue Cody, WY 82414
Daily transportation will be provided to and from the hotel to the venue.
The Cody Yellowstone Regional Airport is a short 3 mile drive through town from the venue. This airport offers 4 regional flights to and from Denver daily.
Billings-Logan International Airport is a 2 hour drive to Cody. BLIA offers 10+ flight in/out daily.
West Yellowstone Airport (West Yellowstone, MT) and Jackson Airport are regionally close. Both airports are roughly 4 hours away when factoring a drive through Yellowstone National Park to reach Cody.

Rooms are GSA rate for exempt DOT employees only. If you are a sponsor or other non-exempt attendee, you will reserve your room under the normal rates.
If you are not an employee of a state DOT working in a safety capacity, you will be added to a waiting list for conference approval. The venue is limited in size. State DOT safety professionals and other state DOT employees will be approved first.
